KOHOFLU Ribwort plantain tea mixture

Ingredients: ribwort plantain, Echinacea purpurea, star anise.

Usage: pour 250 ml to 300 ml (cup) of boiling water to a tea bag, leave to soak for 15-20 minutes. It can be flavored with honey if desired.

Dosage: 2-3 cups of tea per day are recommended.
