In the morning and before lunch
Take the fiber containing pink capsule in the morning and before lunch. It is important to take these capsules with plenty of fluid (min 200-300 ml), as the well-swollen fibers (glucomannan, psyllium seed, inulin) have to exert their effect in the stomach.
In the evening before bedtime
Take the herb and chromium containing green capsule in the evening before bedtime. The Garcinia cambogia fruit helps your body to convert fats into energy. The Indian nettle extract supports the weight control, and helps to control the fat metabolism. The chromium is involved in the normal metabolism of macronutrients and supports the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
Regular sport is recommended for active diet (weekly minimum 3 × 30 minutes), and the proper fluid intake.
Due to the high swelling capacity of glucomannan, it is necessary to take the pink capsule with a lot of fluids, taking care that the capsule enters the stomach. It is not recommended for those with swallowing difficulties!
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage! Keep out of reach of children. It is not recommended to consume for children, pregnant and nursing mothers, or in case of any component sensitivity. Tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The food supplement does not substitute the balanced mixed diet and healthy lifestyle.
