Ingredients: enzyme lactase (beta galactosidase), gelatin, dye (titanium dioxide).
The enzyme lactase is essential for the breakdown of milk sugar.
One capsule is enough to decompose approx. 11,4 grams of lactose, which is in approx. 230 ml of milk.
Active ingredients daily dose (3 / 4 capsules): lactase enzyme activity (galactosidase beta) 15000 FCCU / 20000 FCCU. (FCCU: Lactase enzyme unit according to the Food Chemical Codex).
Dosage: It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per meal with liquid shortly before consuming lactose-containing foods.
Daily dose: 3-4 capsules. For children, it is recommended that the capsule be opened and its contents mixed with a (non-hot) drink or food.
Best before: on the bottom of the package.
Storage: in a dry, cool place.
