The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid found in flaxseed oil is alpha-linolenic acid, which is 50% polyunsaturated.
Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid. Oregano oil contributes to the health of the cardiovascular system, supports the elasticity of blood vessels, and normalizes blood pressure. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and folic acid contributes to normal blood formation.
