Krill oil, extracted from crustaceans living in the clear waters of the Arctic, contains omega-3 fatty acids as well as astaxanthin, a natural carotenoid that gives crustaceans their red color. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Oregano contributes to the health of the heart and vascular system, supports the elasticity of blood vessels, and normalizes blood pressure.
