Several preparation methods:
In tea form: steep 1 filter mushroom mixture in 2dl boiling water for 10-15 minutes. The tea has a golden mushroom fragrance and can be consumed on its own without flavouring.
In soup form: 250g chicken or turkey meat, 1-2 spring onions, 3-5 slices of ginger, salt, spice. After boiling the meat for 5 minutes, pour off the cooking water, which will clean it thoroughly. Then all the ingredients, together with the spices and 3-4 filter mushroom extracts, are boiled in 1.5 litres of water for 2-3 hours, to make a rich soup with a pleasant mushroom smell and taste.
