Relaxing sleep, relaxation, stress resistance with herbs
Ingredients: schizandra fruit (91%), ashwagandha root extract (9%).
Usage: Pour 1 filter with a cup of hot water, let stand for approx. 20 minutes. The filter can be reused.
Dosage: Make a decoction from 1 filter per day, which should be consumed slowly in the evening. In summer, due to its refreshing effect, it can also be consumed cold.
