Ingredients: Mushroom extracts and grinds (Shiitake mushroom, Seal wax/Ganoderma mushroom, Soapstone mushroom, Woolly mushroom, Cordyceps Tibetan mushroom, Almond mushroom, Ash bark mushroom).

Recommended method of preparation:
- In tea form: steep 1 filter (2.2g) of mushroom mixture in 2dl of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. The golden-coloured, mushroom-scented tea can be consumed on its own, without flavouring.
- In soup form: 250g chicken or turkey meat, 1-2 spring onions, 3-5 slices of ginger, salt, spice. After boiling the meat for 5 minutes, drain off the cooking water and wash the meat, cleaning it thoroughly. Add 1.5 litres of water again and simmer all the ingredients, together with the spices and 3-4 filter mushroom extracts for 2-3 hours, to obtain a rich soup with a pleasant mushroom smell and taste.
